MAYATHI DEVI TEMPLE, also known as Mayathi Sree Bhagavathy Temple, is situated about 36 km to the kanhagad,kerala. One of the ancient Devi Temples of north kerala, Mayathi Temple is situated on the banks of the Chandragiri River. The presiding deity is Goddess Bhagavathi who is one of the forms of mahalakshmi.
